My bred Yorkie went through a week or so where she would get shaky for a little while, about 20-30 minutes. This was at the same time when she seemed to have some morning sickness. After that week she stopped the shaking. I think it sounds like some effect of morning sickness (she threw up that week too) but if it continues I would get her to the vet. In humans shaking could indicate a calcium problem, but you do not want to give her extra calcium through her pregnancy, as far as I have learned. My girl's shaking occured ay 4 weeks also. If she shakes for a long period of time, take her to the vet.
