My thoughts too. I've bought several Coach xs size and even though they will fit the neck measurement being just slightly over 1/2" wide they are just too wide/ bulky for a tiny 3 1/2lb dog. I finally gave up and settled for nice quality, no name, thinner collars. Our GE buddy this time got Ruby the perfect size with slide on charms, it's beautiful!
