If I were in your situation, I would take my female to the vet. The problem can be any number of things, some serious, some not so serious.....

Hypoglocemia, Hypocalcemia (usually occurs post delivery, but can occur pre delivery) are two things that come to mind.

How is her appetite and energy level? Is she peeing and pooping? How old is she, how large is she. I've thrown a lot of questions at you, but they all can factor in.
