I think the ONLY worry should be is their health. Not how big or little they are. I know smaller ones tend to be sickly, but if they ARE healthy, why should the size matter? It is the heart inside that matters most. IMO.
Im sure this is different if you are showing & breeding. But to the general public (and usually pretty uninformed) it just shouldnt matter.
