The OP is an older lady, and the woman sonya taked to is an older lady, who doesnt know where the dog is, but says the OP isnt home. Just me, but I dont generally let people in my home without me unless I know them REAL well. And when something spectacular like a little yorkie showing up on my back step with 2 inch nails, I generally blab to my close friends. So wouldnt you think whoever was there should have known SOMETHING at least? I believe the plot thickens...
