I just had little Portia spayed, 8 days ago. She had a very bad reaction to the pain medication,after bringing her home, and ended up with diarrhea, and upset stomach. The vet advised me to take her off of the medication, and she slowly came back to her normal self. She also had teeth pulled.
She is only 3.5 lbs., and a year old.
It is very scary when they are so little. Anyways, I added water to her normal food, mushed it all up, and fed it to her in small bits in the palm of my hand. I had to coax her, but she ate. i also gave her a little canned pumpkin, which she loved.
Hope your little one will be back to herself real soon.
