If you know the color, and I mean Nighthawk Black Pearl instead of Black, there is this really good touch up paint that you could use. It has the base paint and the clear cover that goes over it. It's inexpensive too!! It comes in a pen, so it's really easy to use.
My big brother ordered it for me when some A**HOLE from my apt building scratched a big "7" on my hood when I parked in front of the building. (When my car was brand new).
