I posted on sick and injured but thought someone here would get back to me faster.

Please help my baby just vomitted yellow frothy bile. I called the vet immediately and they said she might be hungry so I gave her food and water (she had both in her bowl but hasn't been to them all day today)

Could this be about something else as well? I think she might have ate a top button from a basebal cap the other day. I didn't see it in her poop but I also haven't found it anywhere.

Please help, should I take her to emergency?
