I don't know if they can or not but my hubby and I jokingly say that Tobie has ADHD. lol. He is the same way! He'll play with 5 different toys within 5 minutes. He definitely has a problem focusing on anything for very long. I was shocked when I got him to pay attention long enough to teach him sit, down and up.
