I've been thru the horrors of brushes. Some of those will make me bleed if I grabbed them by the bristles. Forget that. I got Roxie a pin brush and she looks forward to being brushed with that. But she doesn't have a thick matting coat. I could go a couple of days without brushing her and she won't have a single tangle. My sister in law is a groomer in Florida and she orders her brushes from Les Poochs™ "Pooch" Brushes. They are a little more expensive but those are really nice brushes. Probably the last brush you'll have to buy for a long time.
