omg.. i'm so sorry to hear that.. but i too was scammed from them.. excuse my french but KRISTY KING is the biggest BIT** !!!! I bought a pure bred yorkie and they sent me a mutt.. yes.. a mutt.. looked nothing like the picture.. this dog looked like a terrier mixed with poodle mixed with street dog!!! poor thing had bald spots.. VERY VERY SAD !!! i immediately called kristy and she did nothing.. she said "no refund.. i'm right, you're wrong, and that is that...!!" please DO NOT... DO NOT ..
