bfforever, I haven't used a belly bad, but my understanding is yes, a belly band tells a dog that it is okay to pee indoors. However, I have also heard that many male dogs do not like the sensation of having a wet belly, so they may train themselves not to use it.

We're on Day 2, going strong....
