it could be so may things, kennel cough that is treated with antibiotics. if not treated it can turn into neumonia which is bad. aslo, it can be a collapse trachea, reverse sniffing
take her to the vet asap. whatever it is, it has to be treated asap.
my baby had kennel caugh 2 days after I brought her home, it was treated with anitbiotics and gone. but it came back again, so she is on an antibiotic called clavamos for kennel cough.
