PLEASE HELP
My 18 mo old was just tested and has a UTI. Did not see any stones. Vet put us on a special diet for now. My friend who has a silky had to have him go thru surgery for MANY stones. She know has him on a special diet and he has not had any issues. His stones were calcium based. From what I have read, diet is one way to try and control stones. If you are unsure, I would recommend getting second opinion. Be care as the stone can move and travel. What you do not want to happen is that it get caught in the urethra. Good luck.
