what does 'bumping up' mean? I have seen it referred to before, and I dont understand the phrase...
Also, has anyone tried to contact the OP for an update, we could always PM or just call her number, I wasnt sure if that would be too invasive or not. I'd really like to know how this little doggie is doing.
