That happened to me about a month ago, I went to the flea market with my son and his dad, and I took bia in her little purse, well one of the guards stopped me and told me I couldn't bring her in. I said "why not she is in a purse, and I'm not going to let her roam free." So he said I could talk to his manager, well 10 mins later his manager came to me and saw Bia in her purse, and said " oh how cute, I didn't see anything" I thought that was nice of him seeing as I drove an hour to get there, and it would have been such a waste. I don't know if I will be that lucky again, so I think if I do bring her next time I will hide her in my sons stroller in the bottom basket, until the coast is clear. I never thought it would be prohibited to bring in your dogs, especially ones that are so teeny tiny, into a flea market. I guess they don't want any lawsuits. I never try any other stores just because I know I don't want to get stopped, so I usually just take her to the petsmart and petcos around.
