Hello everyone,
we live in OC and as everyone knows there's a lot of hawks out there. We have a balcony and I want to let my puppy out there now since weather's been warming up. We have a big table and a lot of chairs on the balcony so we spreaded them all over the balcony so it won't allow a hawk to land since it is so big and the space is very limited plus it gives our puppy somewhere to hide.

Any suggestions?
I want him to be happy

and be outside when I'm gone because when he's inside I have to put him in his crate and I feel bad for locking him up
