I'm not saying this is the right answer but it's probably what I'd do...

I would proceed as if no vaccines were given.
That would mean these would be equivalent to pup shots.
Two doses about 4 weeks apart would be sufficient.
Then a booster one year later.
Then your schedule of choice after that (like Dr. Dodds or AAHA).
This would go for DHP.
Rabies would have to be given according to state law.
I would not do the DHP and rabies on the same day.
I would separately them by at least two weeks.

You may be able to avoid vaccinating extra by titering.
