I'll never know if our rescue stray dog, Vivi, ever received her vaccines. From what I understand this means the vet will proceed as if none were given.
I am looking for advice on a vaccine schedule for a young adult dog. I especially would appreciate advice on how to split up the different types of vaccines. (Worried about over-vaccination diseases, etc.)
Here is some information, if this helps with advice....
- Vivi was found on March 7
- She was checked by my vet and has no fleas or parasites
- We cannot find the owner
- We are keeping her
- According to my vet, she is probably somewhere between 1 and 2 years old
- She weighs 7 lbs. 11 oz.
- She went into heat 2 days ago
- Not a Yorkie (hope it is okay to post here.)
