A reputable breeder will not advertise a "teacup" puppy. The ones who advertise that way are the ones who will charge an outrageous amount of money for the "runt" of a little who most times has or will have serious health issues. AND they most certainly would not ship an animal that tiny. A reputable breeder would very selectively find a good furever home....not advertise it. Good luck but I think you might be "barking" up the wrong tree.
