You'll love it. We have an acre or a little more fenced in in the back. You just want to remember, if they're small, you'll still want to be out with them as those big birds can pick them up. My 6 lber also found a place to wiggle under our gate at. I couldn't believe he could get under that small of a space, but, i watched him lay down and wiggle through it.
