I just found out they had a 3 foot temporary plastic wire (the orange type) fence set up in their backyard and their dog jumped over it but they should know because their dog is so big. He would have jumped the fence in no time without a leash on especially if they have an escape artist. His energy also seemed way too high to fit in to an urban environment and the owner has no control of him. I sure hope it won't happen again but I sure have a bad feeling about this one. His fiancee seems pretty worried and cared about her dogs but not him. My guess is it was her dogs to begin with before they moved in together. I will say something for sure if it happens again because someone is bound to get hurt either the dog itself or other dogs. |
