I agree with lil fu fu girl, if you've been in her house, you've been exposed. I think the chances of you getting sick are greater from simply being in the home and touching the surfaces ie: doorknobs, refrigerator, chairs, etc...then from touching Bailey.
And some strains of diarrhea are transferable from us to them and from them to us. Also, I have gotten poison ivy from my dog, from the oils being on their coat and me touching them. And of course, I catch heck from them all the time. "Open the door, let us out! Open the door, let us in! Open the cookie jar! Food/Water bowls low! Walkies! Park!"
Sure hope your mom gets to feeling better soon. They flu is so yucky!!
