years ago when my husband was in the Air Force and we lived on base housing we had two german shepards. My husband was over in Bahrain and it seemed like every single day those two dogs would somehow or another escape from my house. They of course would not come to me so I ended up having to call our friends a block away or the police (DH was police) and they would have to bring them back to me. I was always so scared that the big guys would catch wind and kick us off base. I hated those dogs in the end (hate to say it)
Hopefully, this guy listened to you and does what is necessary to keep that dog from running the neighborhood!
