There are plenty in shelters in CA for you to adopt, probably just as many as in TX. Are you asking for someone to get her and send her to you? ALL shelters and rescues make the adopter sign a binding contract not allowing them to rehome a dog. If the adopter at any time was not able to continue the pets care it is required that you return the pet. Didn't you learn any lessons from Ellen Degenerise and what happened when she tried to give her dog away?
You need to stay on the up and up or you could get yourself into a heap of trouble.
