Apparently this is a new thing and it won't clear for 21 days unless the buyer leaves positive feedback. WTH. This is what it says when I click "Details"
"To get the funds sooner, please ship right away. We'll release the hold after 21 days unless you receive a dispute, claim, chargeback, or reversal on the transaction."
I guess I'm not selling on Ebay anymore.
