You should ship all your items with delivery confirmation. It's your proof the item was received and actually required in the paypal user agreement.
Personally I liked receiving my money immediately but I understand the change. People would get ripped off and there wasn't a balance in the paypal account to retrieve funds in a dispute. Paypal could side in your favor but that didn't necessarily mean you would receive a full refund from them. It's limited to the balance of the account. |
So I have to wait 21 days for my money if she doesn't leave feedback? I don't think so.... I understand the change but I *really* have a problem sending something out without a payment. I always ship with delivery confirmation and have 100% feedback. The problem is people don't always leave feedback and I am not willing to go through this dispute process, to much hassle and not worth the $100!
I guess I have no other choice though huh?
