If you click on the details button on paypal...it should tell you why its on hold. Sometimes they hold it when a buyer uses an "E-check" or an ebay gift certificate...which means the funds are coming..it just has to clear. If i were you I would just email the buyer and tell them that the funds are on a hold ..and when they clear you will send out the product immediately. Hope this helped some.
