Hey guys, so I sold a carrier yesterday on Ebay and was notified of instant payment through Paypal. Now, I always use Paypal but have never seen this before. I went to my Paypal account and it shows a payment from the buyer, but under the status it says "On hold- Ship now." Is this a new thing? Does this mean I will not get my funds until the buyer gets their item? How do they know if the buyer gets it? I really don't feel comfortable sending something when I have not technically been paid for it.

Does anyone know anything about this? How do you feel about it? Have you dealt with this before? Thanks in advance, I really appreciate it!
