Nikko says bird and rabbit poo is a special treat, yummy! Thankfully we don't have any in our gravel yard. Perhaps you could find/create a smallish 4x4ft area that you diligently personally keep clear of all foreign poop and the grass cut really short so you can see it all, then always take her only to that little area to do her business.
