I woulddso be pissed off, there is no reason for this child to do this crap, this boy 5 years old or not has some issues. I would let this boy in my home again and I would talk to the parents, Im pissed as well, your poor baby. This child would not like it if someone had thrown him off of the deck. I hope your baby is okay, you are not over reacting trust me.
