Regarding the wrapping jackets, you wont be able to find those at the vendors. The best place to find them is online: Sweety Blue, Poochie Petite and DogForm all sell wrapping jackets so they are worth checking out.
My breeders use Plush Puppy oil and swear by it but it didnt work out very well for my older boy (he got really flakey with it) so I havent used it since. I know that there is someone on here that uses olive oil and that works very well on her dogs. Oil is really just about what works for your dog
