I took Mimi's puppies to vaccine clinics to save a few bucks, w/5 puppies it adds up. Petsmart or Petco is good, you don't have to pay for exam fee. They let you know what your baby will need. If you don't have any records & if you don't know if he/she had other shots than rabies, then you'll probably have to do all of them. I like Dr.Jean Dodd's vaccine schedule:
