1. Every few hours ask, "Do you want to go outside?"
2. Walk to the door and wait for the dog to come.
3. Place the leash on at the door.

5. Immediately give small treat and praise, i.e. "good girl went pee pee" or "good girl went poo poo."
My dog will pee and poop on command now, which is very convenient when weather doesn't permit long walks. |
I take back the comment about Lilly using her pad when it rains....she has just recently decided that the "pad is bad," and has decided to just hold it until the sun comes out....LIKE TODAY!!!!
