Confused Post Tramatic?

Hi Everyone,
I am really having a hard time and I need so help and guidance. My Yorkie, Maggie, almost choked to death a month ago. She was attacked while eating and was bitten into her left eye, and now is blind in one eye. She stopped breathing and we had to clear her throat and give her CPR, and she is okay now. I was really upset and scared and shakey for a while, but was more concerned about her than anything. I was able to get past in until Saturday she choked again on a treat. We had to dig it out again, and pat her back, I patted too hard and she yelped. The whole things just sent me into shock. We have changed to only soft food, and she is doing fine, but I am not. Everytime she moves funny, or eats or coughs, or plays, or bathing her, or brushing her, or anything I am on edge and freaked out and scared. I can't take it, I can't get past it. Will this go away? I am scared to hold her, I have to keep leaving the room and going outside to get air to breathe! I am all of a sudden clastraphobic in my house, even though neither times it happened in our house. I cry and break down several times a day! I just don't know what to do! Please someone help me!
