I got Tobie from Petland but I had not idea what a puppy mill was and I have been trying my hardest to find the breeder that is on his papers. It makes me sick knowing where he came from and where is mom and dad are living. I am ashamed to admit it but I honesty had no idea about puppy mills. I am lucky because he is heathy and happy. But I will never ever again get a dog from a petstore and I will research as much as I can about the breeder. Now I know what questons to ask and what to look for.
