Shelby is a rescue from the Army Vet clinic here on post.
The only place to get a dog here is at Vet clinics. They have their own contacts with breeders. But the dogs are always checked before they leave and they have almost all of their shots before they are allowed to leave. (you have to pay for the last 2 of the 5 that is required here as well as the microchip)
