I am NOT a snob nor do i want a "perfect" dog, I just want a healthy one next time around. Would I adopt a rescue, for sure , from a reputable organization, a newspaper is not that.

Well, if I breed, I'm sure mine will be in the newspaper. Am I going to take the dog to the vet before breeding and have all the tests run on her, YES. Am I a pet store or Byb? NO. You shouldn't go saying people are not good breeders when they put their dogs in the paper, considering, I'm not going to have a website, how else would you suggest I advertise??
