She said what a normal person would say, ooooooh, I'm so sorry, they were in his eyes, blah blah blah. It didn't even occur to me when I gave her to him that I'd have to say, hey, please don't alter his appearance without asking me first.
Also, it chaps my butt that she didn't even volunteer this to me after the fact. He looks so great when he comes back from this groomer. She really did a number on him. I guess I should be grateful she didn't have him shaved.
