I don't believe it is illegal to sell some of the flea meds at the retail level, otherwise surely Petco wouldn't still be offering Frontline. I know Revolution is different and to my knowledge does still require a prescription.

The ebay seller linked has over 6,000 feedback score with a 99.9% favorable rating. If the products weren't authentic, I don't believe he would be so successful.
