Solid gold wee bits for a 4 month old puppy ??

Laci is a picky eater, she seems to hate everything, I tried the chicken broth warmed, adding water to her wellness but she sticks her nose up at it, however I did get a sample package of solid gold wee bits and she loved them.
they are small and she really seemed to like them.

Is this just adult food or for all dogs ?

Id love to switch her to this but not sure if I can?
