I have seen this before on Ebay. If you're comfortable with dividing the dosage yourself then I would buy it. His packaging is just a large dose vial, that you have to divide by syringing enough for your dog weight category. I've actually done this with a large vial and divided it between my son's large dogs, a lab and a boxer.
I've also bought flea meds from an overseas company and would again if I were to use flea meds. We've been concentrating on treating our yard and keeping the fleas gone that way, as I'm not real comfortable using chemicals on my yorkies
