I heard about my sister-in-law's dog (not a yorkie) was having pseudo pregnancies. She'd lactate, gather up all of her toys and even try to nurse them.
If this dog could lactate without having been bred, then I'd say yes she can lactate and show other physical symptoms of pregnancy. |
