oh no!!! That sort of happened to me once..a guy at a fast food joint selling movies on DVD. I sware the movies looked like he must have sat in a theater and put a video camera on his shoulder and copied that way.
I could even hear people talking that were close by and crunching on popcorn through the videos. Bet that was illegal, but there was a cop working security there encouraging me to buy the movies from this guy. hahaha I was so embarrassed that i fell for that and threw the movies in the garbage-except 1 maybe
and didnt report it.....i regret not reporting it.
This is why the average consumer has trust issues.
