Is she a puppy and the other 2 adults, by chance? If so, it could be giardia. When adult dogs get giardia, there might be no symptoms - or very few and it resolves quickly in a healthy adult (usu. w/out meds). In a puppy though, they need treatment asap. So, if she is a puppy, it would be good to get a fecal asap.
