Female dogs don't have periods, they have heat cycles. Small dogs like Yorkies usually don't have their first heat cycle until they are at least six months old, usually a few months older.

Blood in her stool could be anything, from worms to something more serious. Even minor things can be very serious in a puppy this young. She really should still be with her mom and littermates.

Have you taken her to a vet for a complete checkup including a fecal for worms yet? You really need to do this asap with this little one.
