If you are comfortable about feeding Iams, than that's all that matters

I also just want to stress, that the video AND your explanations of the events are very disturbing to alot of us here on YT. We can tell that you deeply care and love this baby, BUT, he is obviously in extreme discomfort and pain when he is trying to poop. I, as well as others, truly think you need to call Vets in your area and get him in with a Vet that has experience with U/S and GI issues. I simply do not think your current Vet has enough experience or knowledge in this particular situation, and I think the longer you wait.....

Please keep us posted, we are all on the edge of our seats wishing we could reach out and help your baby
