If there was a fever, it is possible it was an infection of some sort. Did the vet check the poo for parasites? Bc overgrowth of certain species of normal flora can be deadly, fast (ie. clostridium). Was there blood in the stool? Were limbs stiff - indicating an insect bite? Could he have gotten into anything?
The vet checked his poo and everything was negative. There was also no blood in his stool. He only pooped once a day (I'm not sure if that's normal) it was never bloody, just had a really foul smell and it would be liquid light brown. I'm pretty sure his limbs were fine he was able to move around repeatedly the night before he passed away.

Thanks everyone for the Sympathy. I don't think other people in real life understand my pain. He wasn't just a puppy, he was my child.
