I think yorkies are a great addition to most homes. They are very loyal and have such a good personality. They are like having children! Mine are spoiled beyond belief. I suggest getting one from a reputable breeder. That will decrease the gentical defects. This will be a great trial to see if you're ready for children. You could put an engagement ring on the yorkies collar (which you won't use for walking) and ask that wonderful woman in your life to marry you.
