 How did my baby die?
My Ninja recently passed away on 3/16/09, he was only 10 weeks old and the Vet thinks that it was a gastrointestinal virus but they weren't sure and I was told to call back today to see the results, which I did. I called back and all of the results came back negative. He seemed healthy and active but that night, he would not eat, only drank a lot of water with karo syrup. Around 11pm he started having diarrhea (4x) and every time he did, he would cry. He vomited about twice (Bile and Foam). My boyfriend and I took him to the vet the next morning and they checked and said he had a fever of 104 (Not exactly sure). If it isn't Parvo or distemper, what could it be that was so deadly? I am devastated and I would like to know what took the life of my baby. |
